INFORMATION COLLECTED

To deliver our services, we also receive personal information about consumers from our customers. The Brivio & Viganò Group may collect personal information from third parties, including public databases, social media, or third-party partners such as analytics or marketing service providers.

When collecting or delivering shipments, or providing other services, we may acquire data on physical location, such as GPS data, geographical coordinates, or latitude and longitude details linked to physical addresses.

Additionally, when users visit our websites, use our apps, or interact with Brivio & Viganò Group tools, widgets, or plug-ins, certain information is collected automatically using cookies and web beacons. These include IP addresses, device identifiers, browser characteristics, device characteristics, operating systems, language preferences, referral URLs, actions taken, and activity timestamps.
