The road tractors in the fleet are equipped with state-of-the-art cabs designed to improve comfort and functionality while driving.

ProCabin cabs in Mercedes Actros offer larger spaces, better visibility and a configuration designed to support drivers on long work days. Interior organization and technological features help make driving safer and make it easier to manage daily tasks.

The vehicles are equipped with the second-generation DTCO 4.1 smart tachograph, which is mandatory for newly registered vehicles above 3.5 tons.

The device automatically records driving times, border crossings and loading and unloading operations, integrating satellite services and advanced connectivity systems. The data collected enables more precise management of transportation activities and ensures compliance with European regulations.

The vehicles incorporate technologies under the European Union’s General Safety Regulation (GSR), the regulation that introduces new safety standards for heavy trucks.

These include pedestrian detection and brake assist systems designed to reduce the risk of accidents. In-vehicle technologies also provide greater visibility of the area around the vehicle, improving safety while driving and maneuvering.

Many vehicles in the fleet are fitted with MirrorCam, a system that replaces traditional rear-view mirrors with external cameras.

Images are transmitted to monitors inside the cab and automatically adapt to driving conditions. This system reduces blind spots and improves visibility when maneuvering, making it especially useful in tight spaces.

The vehicles are equipped with high-efficiency LED lighting systems designed to improve visibility while driving and in nighttime operations.

This technology ensures longer life for the lighting systems and helps make the vehicle more visible even in low-light conditions.

The cold room represents one of the central elements of dedicated temperature-controlled transport equipment.

The refrigeration unit motor and the system to maintain a constant temperature during transport are installed inside the structure. Cell insulation is designed to limit heat loss and ensure stable conditions even during loading and unloading operations.

Each refrigeration unit is equipped with a control panel for setting temperature set points, i.e., the values that must be maintained inside the room during transport.

The system makes it possible to precisely manage the conditions required by different types of goods and to monitor the proper operation of the refrigeration unit.

The vehicles are equipped with temperature recorders that continuously record the temperatures inside the cold room.

The data can be printed out and handed over upon delivery of the goods as proof that the temperature was maintained during transport. The devices are checked and calibrated regularly to ensure their reliability.

A large proportion of the fleet’s semi-trailers are configured with three axles, a solution that improves vehicle stability and maneuverability.

The first axle can be raised when the vehicle is unloaded to reduce tire wear, while the third steerable axle facilitates maneuvering in tight spaces.

Semi-trailers are equipped with systems designed to facilitate logistics operations and ensure cargo stability during transport.

These include retractable hydraulic loader tailgates, which are used for loading and unloading, and load-holding racks, which allow securing straps to secure cargo during travel.

A number of devices designed to protect both the vehicle and the operators come into play during loading and unloading operations.

Rear flap buffers protect the vehicle chassis when the semi-trailer pulls up to the loading bays, while side guards help improve safety for vulnerable road users.

Before entering service, each new vehicle is configured and undergoes a series of technical checks.

The process includes vehicle registry, installation of satellite monitoring systems, calibration of the tachograph, and verification of safety equipment. A road test is also conducted prior to operational entry to ensure that the vehicle is ready for operation.

The fleet is supported by mobile workshops, equipped to carry out repairs directly on the road if necessary.

These vehicles enable technical repairs and maintenance to be carried out directly on site, reducing vehicle downtime and ensuring the continuity of transport operations.
