From intern to Senior Controller in less than four years thanks to job rotation and
talent.

Alberto's journey in Brivio & Viganò began in March 2019 when he joined the company as an intern in Management Control. After only two months, thanks to his resourcefulness, he begins his apprenticeship as Controller, a role in which has the opportunity to showcase his potential.

The company recognizes his value and rewards his perseverance, assigning him
the position of Controller for various BUs, including E-Commerce and Food.
At the beginning of 2023, after not even 4 years in Brivio & Viganò, he gets a new
promotion and is given the role of Senior Controller.

Thanks to the company's internal job rotation, Alberto was able to increase his skills across the board, following different Business Units over the years.
