From creating a new area to leading a multidisciplinary team for

Marco Cremascoli joins the company in 2017 with a degree in
occupational and organizational psychology, a master's degree in strategic-
economics and almost 10 years of experience in personnel selection
and organizational development.
He joins Brivio & Viganò as Coordinator Selection
Training Development and Communication, establishing a new area within
the then Personnel Department, taking care of starting the structure, thanks to
his skills and competences matured in the past.
In 2019 the company grows and in parallel the Development
Organizational area is established, of which Marco becomes responsible, contributing to the growth
of the entire company organization. Today Marco leads with passion and vision a
team of 5 people whose tasks range in the activities of selection,
development, training, organization, performance, communication and
digital transformation.
