Stefano Meloni has a solid academic background in Law and was admitted to practice at the Court of Appeal in Rome, with a specialization in labor and union law. After practicing law, he oriented his career toward human resource and organizational management, holding key positions as Director of Human Resources in several leading companies in their respective business areas, both Italian and multinational.

In his current role as Chief Human Resource & QAS Officer, Stephen applies values of transparency, loyalty and consistency, combining them with great flexibility and creativity. This combination enables him to effectively drive HR strategies and foster a positive, always business-connected, results-oriented work environment.

In addition to his professional practice, Stephen has contributed as an Adjunct Professor in HR at academic institutions and actively participates in international panels, offering his expertise in HR strategy and management.

Alessandro Cappelletti has built a solid and diverse career in the AFC (Administration, Finance, Management Control) and Information Technology functions. He has held key management roles as Group CFO, IT Manager, CRO (Chief Restructuring Officer) and HR Manager, acquiring significant skills in complex business contexts.

After graduating in Business Administration from Bocconi University, and earning an MBA from Instituto de Impresa in Madrid, Alessandro started as a Junior Consultant, growing rapidly to become a Manager in an international consulting firm, where he developed advanced skills in financial management, corporate restructuring, and management control. In one of his most recent roles, he successfully led the financial restructuring of a large company, reducing fixed costs and improving EBITDA.

With international experience in Russia, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan, he has been Group CFO of Brivio & Viganò since 2019 and has also expanded his responsibilities as CIO since 2021. Alessandro combines technical skills, leadership, and strong motivation to achieve business goals.

Maximiliano Negroni has gained more than 18 years of experience between sales and operations, developing a deep expertise in logistics. Throughout his career, he has held roles of increasing responsibility, first in a multinational company that is a leader in its sector and later in one of the main integrated logistics operators in Italy.

Thanks to his professional background, enriched by university studies and specialized courses, Maximiliano has consolidated important experience in all segments of the supply chain. He has acquired specific know-how in the redesign of logistics and warehouse networks, in/out-sourcing projects, and coordination of operational and technical resources, as well as in cooperative and union management.

In 2019 Maximiliano, in the role of Logistics Director oversaw the development phase of the BU supporting its growth. Since 2021 he has been Group Chief Commercial Officer in Brivio & Viganò, where he brings concreteness, speed, passion and vision to successfully deal with complex scenarios and negotiations.
