These include order picking, storage, management of variable weights and expiration dates, picking and cross-docking, as well as customized palletizing, labeling, and repackaging.
Additionally, a dedicated staff handles both operational activities and administrative tasks, ensuring a quality control service for the goods. This includes tailored KPIs and reports designed specifically to monitor performance and maintain high standards.
