Our leadership team
Our leadership group is made up of experienced and passionate professionals who guide the company with vision and expertise. Each team member has solid experience and in-depth knowledge, contributing to the success of Brivio & Viganò.
Stefano Meloni has a solid academic background in Law and obtained his qualification to practice at the Court of Appeal of Rome, specializing in labor and union law. After practicing as a lawyer, he shifted his career toward human resources and organizational management, holding key roles such as Director of Human Resources in several leading companies, both Italian and multinational, in their respective business sectors. In his current role as Chief Human Resource & QAS Officer, Stefano applies his values of transparency, loyalty, and consistency, combining them with great flexibility and creativity. This combination allows him to effectively lead HR strategies and foster a positive work environment, always aligned with business goals and results-oriented. In addition to his professional practice, Stefano has contributed as a contract professor in HR at academic institutions and actively participates in international panels, sharing his expertise in HR strategies and management.
Alessandro Cappelletti has built a solid and diversified career in AFC (Administration, Finance, Control) functions and Information Technology. He has held key executive roles such as Group CFO, IT Manager, CRO (Chief Restructuring Officer), and HR Manager, gaining significant expertise in complex business environments. After earning a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Alessandro began his career as a Junior Consultant, rapidly advancing to become a Manager at an international consulting firm, where he developed advanced skills in financial management, corporate restructuring, and management control. In one of his most recent roles, he successfully led the financial restructuring of a large company, reducing fixed costs and improving EBITDA. With international experience in Russia, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan, he has been the Group CFO of Brivio & Viganò since 2019 and expanded his responsibilities to include CIO in 2021. Alessandro combines technical expertise, leadership, and a strong drive to achieve business goals.
Maximiliano Negroni has over 18 years of experience in the commercial sector and operations, developing deep expertise in logistics. Throughout his career, he has held positions of increasing responsibility, first at a multinational leader in its sector and later at one of the main integrated logistics operators in Italy. Thanks to his professional journey, enriched by university studies and specialized courses, Maximiliano has consolidated significant experience in all segments of the supply chain. He has acquired specific know-how in redesigning logistics networks and warehouse networks, in in/out-sourcing projects, and in managing operational and technical resources, as well as managing cooperatives and unions. In 2019, Maximiliano, in his role as Logistics Director, oversaw the development phase of the business unit, supporting its growth. Since 2021, he has been the Group Chief Commercial Officer at Brivio & Viganò, where he applies pragmatism, speed, passion, and vision to successfully handle complex scenarios and negotiations.

Growth and determination in Management Control
From intern to Senior Controller in less than four years, thanks to job rotation and talent.
Alberto’s journey at Brivio & Viganò began in March 2019, when he joined the company as an intern in Management Control. After just two months, thanks to his initiative, he started his apprenticeship as a Controller. a role in which he had the opportunity to showcase his potential.
L’azienda riconosce il suo valore e premia la sua perseveranza, assegnandogli l’incarico di Controller per varie BU, fra cui E-Commerce e Food.
All’inizio del 2023, dopo nemmeno 4 anni in Brivio & Viganò, ottiene una nuova promozione e gli viene riconosciuto lo stato di Senior Controller.
Thanks to the company’s internal job rotation, Alberto has been able to enhance his skills across different areas, overseeing various Business Units over the years.
From customer care to success in the Commercial sector
A journey of continuous growth, from order management to leading strategic relationships with major clients.
Joining the company in 2006, Veronica immediately demonstrated strong commitment and great passion for her work. After nearly a decade in the Order Management Office, where she gained solid experience in handling customer requests and organizing processes, she expressed a growing desire to challenge herself in new settings.
Recognizing her great potential and ability to tackle new challenges with enthusiasm, the company offered her the opportunity to join the commercial department, first in a back-office role and later as a Key Account. In this role, she was entrusted with managing strategic relationships with the most important clients in the industrial sector.

A growth journey that led her from Key Account to Head of the Support, Delivery Notes, and Claims Office.
Barbara joined Brivio & Viganò in 2016 after earning a degree in Management Engineering and gaining professional experience in logistics and the retail sector. She initially took on the role of Key Account for the retail segment within the Commercial function, managing relationships with the Group’s key clients.
After four years, her responsibilities expanded to include the Food Business Unit. Her initiative led her to become the Customer Service and Administration Representative for the Food BU.
L’azienda, valutato il suo potenziale ancora da esprimere, ha deciso, a dicembre del 2022, di affidarle il ruolo di Responsabile dell’Ufficio Supporti, DDT e Danni, funzione che oggi svolge coordinando, con grande professionalità, un team di 20 persone.
Barbara, grazie alla sua tenacia e determinazione, riesce a raggiungere gli obiettivi richiesti con precisione e puntualità, soddisfacendo le esigenze dei clienti.
Experience and growth within the company
With 17 years of experience behind him, Francesco Fumagalli leads the Transport BU with passion.
Joining the company at just 21 years old in the Traffic Office, Francesco immediately demonstrated great dedication and talent. After 8 years in this role, he seized the opportunity to grow professionally by moving to the Commercial Office.
The company believed in him, investing in his training by offering negotiation and communication courses. Thanks to these courses, Francesco developed the skills needed to excel in his new role.
Today, at 38 years old, Francesco proudly holds the position of Director of the Transport BU, bringing with him an unmatched wealth of experience and industry knowledge. His story is a clear example of how the company invests in the growth of its employees, offering them development opportunities and recognizing their talent.
Leadership and strategy in organizational development
From the creation of a new department to leading a multidisciplinary team for company growth.
Marco Cremascoli joined the company in 2017, with a background that includes a degree in work and organizational psychology, a master’s in strategic-economic areas, and nearly 10 years of experience in recruitment and organizational development.
He joined Brivio & Viganò as Coordinator of Recruitment, Training, Development, and Communication, establishing a new area within what was then the HR Department, and taking on the task of setting up the structure, thanks to his skills and expertise gained in previous roles.
In 2019, as the company grew, the Organizational Development area was established, and Marco became its head, contributing to the growth of the entire company organization. Today, Marco leads with passion and vision a team of 5 people, whose tasks range from recruitment, development, training, and organization to performance, communication, and digital transformation.
